TEN’s Party Tricks had its final episode last night (pending possible renewals this week) and finished with 530,000, which was 100,000 up on last week and its best number since its first episode.
Maeanwhile Australian Story was a big success last night outrating everything on Seven and TEN last night at 965,000.
But while Nine won the night with solid numbers for Big Bang, Seven’s multichannels helped them close the gap. At least they triumphed at breakfast over their foe.
Nine network won Monday with 27.9% then Seven 27.5%, ABC 22.0%, TEN 18.5% and SBS 4.2%.
The Big Bang Theory (1.27m / 1.19m) topped the night for Nine then Nine News (986,000 / 965,000), A Current Affair (880,000), Big Brother (636,000), Hot Seat (545,000) and 2 Broke Girls (343,000 / 225,000).
Seven was under the million with Seven News (959,000 / 934,000), Home and Away (845,000), Highway Patrol (771,000), Nabbed (762,000), The Blacklist (737,000) and Million Dollar Minute (475,000). Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD was 375,000.
Aside from Australian Story ABC’s other results were ABC News (843,000), Four Corners (814,000), 7:30 (752,000), Media Watch (722,000), Q & A (552,000 / 83,000), QI (382,000).
TEN Eyewitness News was 602,000 for TEN then The Project (558,000 / 428,000), Territory Cops (546,000), Party Tricks (530,000) and Gold Coast Cops (517,000). A repeat of SVU was 341,000 and a 10:30 episode of Homeland was 125,000.
Michael Mosley: The Truth about Meat (247,000) on SBS ONE was well in front of The Island with Bear Grylls (132,000), SBS World News (119,000) and Brooklyn Nine-Nine (105,000).
7TWO’s Judge John Deed scored 308,000 on multichannels.
